The 4-level structure is located between Jordan‑Hare Stadium and Plainsman Park and can accommodate 729 automobiles. It is constructed of cast‑in‑place concrete structure with thin brick set in architectural precast concrete panels. The facility opened in August 2006.

The character of the facility is in keeping with campus design standards and nearby campus buildings.
