Publications Order Form & Return Policy

1. How do I place an order?:
   
   Online Ordering:  You may order any product from our web site by selecting PUBLICATIONS on the left hand side of the Home Page.  Once you have selected Publications, you may order products from our web site by selecting Publications, Pocket Guides and Software and then adding the quantity of each item you want to the online shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button.  By selecting the "Continue Shopping" button you can add additional items to your shopping cart. You may add, remove or edit product quantities from the shopping basket directly.   Once you are finished shopping, click the "Check Out" button and then fill out all the requested information including your name, shipping and billing address, and credit card information.  Once you have completed all the requested information, click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page.  Your order will then be processed and charged to your credit card.  Allow 5 to 10 business days for regular mail orders.  If you need overnight or 2-day express mail delivery, please call us at (205) 972-9100 to order and to verify that we can fill your order immediately and to determine the extra shipping charges.  You can verify that you have a secure connection by looking for the closed padlock icon on your browser.  Evan Terry Associates' web site is secured using VeriSign SSL protocol.
   
   Ordering by fax or email: Contact the Publications Representative Ann Marie Leveille at aleveille@evanterry.com. Please include the shipping and billing addresses (if different), your phone number, and how you would like to pay.

2. What forms of payments are accepted?
   Evan Terry Associates accepts Visa and MasterCard cards on all orders processed on our web site and also accepts payment by check or purchase orders on orders placed by mail or email.
   
   
3. How can I check the status of my order?

5. What is Evan Terry Associates' return policy?
   If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept product returns within 30 days of your receiving them. Your only cost will be the return shipping charge. You will not be responsible for any shipping charges in the case of manufacturing defects.

7. What shipping options are available?
   Shipping charges will be added at time of purchase for online orders, and at the time of processing on faxed or mailed orders. Contact our Publications Department for complete shipping information. Any customs or tariff charges for shipments out of the US will be the responsibility of the customer.
   
   
8. When will my order ship?
   Most products ship within days of your order.  We will always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Customers will be notified of backorders and payment will be charged at the time of shipment.  Please allow 5 to 10 business days for regular shipments.  For overnight or 2-day shipments, call 205-972-9100 and ask for Ann Marie Leveille, our Publications Representative.
   
   
9. Security and Privacy
   Evan Terry Associates, LLC uses PowerPay to process all payments to protect the security of your credit card information.  All payments are processed using VeriSign Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, which is designed to render information unreadable should anyone try to intercept it over the internet.  ETA staff will not see your credit card information and no receipt will ever show more than the last four digits of your card number. To help ensure others will not have access to your credit card information while on any Web site, you should always sign off your account and close your browser when you have finished your visit, especially if you are sharing a computer or are using a computer in a public place.
